SEPTOPLASTY (NASAL SEPTAL DEVIATION)
Septoplasty aims to correct airway narrowing caused by the deviation of the nasal septal cartilage/bone inside the nose. It can be performed alone or combined with functional or aesthetic rhinoplasty.

Those with a protruding nasal bridge, drooping tip, or asymmetry
Those experiencing breathing difficulties accompanied by deviation/valve stricture
Those who require correction in terms of shape or function after a previous rhinoplasty

Does septoplasty change the aesthetic appearance?
Septoplasty alone generally does not change the external appearance; however, if simultaneous aesthetic interventions are planned, the appearance can also be affected.
Are nasal packs (tampons) used?
It depends on the surgical technique used; details are discussed during the examination.
Can it recur? (Is recurrence possible?)
Limited interventions may be sufficient in some patients; however, the status of the support structures and skin thickness are decisive in planning.
